Wild Sprout is the product of a collaboration between Candice Coles and Bryan Walter, who both had a love and passion for healthy, delicious food. While not entirely vegan, Wild Sprout aims to provide conscious eaters (like ourselves) with tasty food that caters for diets free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar.

They also serve a great selection of smoothies, juices and (healthy!) shots.
My go-to was the Hot FAC Porridge (vegan version) which consisted of flaxseeds, almonds and chia seeds topped with fig compote and cinnacrunch granola with a Truth coffee and almond milk. Really great – super happy.
I love that Wild Sprout limit their waste by reusing plastic bags and recycling everything possible in their shop. All of their packaging is eco-friendly and they have paper straws!
