The Olive Terrace Bistro offers à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. As their emphasis is on sourcing local fresh seasonal produce, their menu changes weekly and is an eclectic celebration of South African and international cuisine, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Upon a recent dinner visit, this is what they had to offer on their menu:

- Mediterranean Vegetable Stack – locally grown king oyster mushrooms in Oakhurst olive oil and balsamic vinegar, stacked w/chargrilled aubergines, fresh tomato and homemade hummus, topped w/toasted seeds and rocket (R90)
- Vegan Buddha Bowl – roast butternut wedges, sundried tomato hummus, avocado, beetroot and carrot w/a quinoa and chickpea salad on a bed of baby greens dressed w/a cashew dressing (R95)
- Banting Veggie Burger – cauliflower and chickpea patty served w/a grilled portobello mushroom topped w/roast aubergine, fresh tomato, a red onion pickle and tomato chilli chutney (R95)
The bistro has cosy fireplaces for winter and a beautiful terrace and courtyard for summer al fresco dining.
