It’s incredible how many vegan/plant-based cooking courses are springing up around Cape Town. I can hardly keep up!
This course, hosted by Tara aka The Playful Vegan will provide you with all the necessary knowledge for you to feel confident in the plant-based cooking realm, without overwhelming you. Tara will show you:
- the science behind smoothies
- how to perfect the art of vegan & gluten-free breakfasts
- how and what to cook with tofu and all the beans
- how to use different types of gluten-free flours
- make vegan cheese
- create ‘meaty’ flavours
- know what ingredients to fling together to make your own quick and easy plant-based snacks
- rustle up some exciting dressings and sauces because vegan salads and pasta dishes NEVER have to be boring… and more!
And most of the dishes will be relatively quick and easy for you to recreate, all uber healthy, with suggestions for alternative ingredients if you’re on a budget, leaving room for you to PLAY, because that’s what it should all be about!
Following each class, Tara will also send you a mailer with any extra tips and recipes that come up, as well as the benefits of some of the ingredients you have played with during that class.
