Review – Love Kos Mos, Woodstock

Love Kos Mos can only be described as a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul! Why? Because of its unique setting, brilliantly clean healthy food and it’s peaceful atmosphere.

Address: Soul, 388 Albert Rd, Salt River Circle, The Royal Albert Building 1st Floor, Woodstock

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Sat, closed Sun

It’s hard to REALLY describe the look of the place. If I mention incense and candles you might think hippy. If I mention oracle cards and metaphysical books you might think spiritualist. If I mention a yoga studio or statues of Buddha you might think you’re about to mix with a crowd of smoothie drinking yogis. And if I mention a wide open airy space, you might think minimalist. It’s all of these things and none of them. It’s DEFINITELY a sanctuary though, and somewhere I could spend tons of time whiling away the hours.

The menu at Love Kos Mos is vegan and vegetarian and you’ll definitely find something to suit your taste (including any omission of allergies you may have).

The matcha lattes at Love Kos Mos are by the one-and-only Superlatte (which I LOVE)!

Of course, Bae and I couldn’t leave without a few treats to take home…

(and by take home, I mean: eat immediately in the car!)

Cookie Dough Macaroons and Coca Pow Wow Powerballs

As much as I want this place to be a HUGE success, I almost just want to keep it to myself so I can have it as my own private little “hideaway”.

DEFINITELY worth a visit for a quick breakfast, a business lunch, or a post-yoga nutrition boost.
