In terms of nutrition and convenience, you can’t get a healthier on-the-go smoothie option than Beetbox RX! From Crystal (smoothie) Bowls to Cleansing JuicesHigh-Vibe Smoothies to Prescription Juices and Beauty ElixirsBeetbox RX pretty much has you sorted.

And to add we chose “Cold Warrior” – orange, grapefruit, lemon, echinacea and “Go with the Glow” – raw coconut water, blueberry, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, coconut oil (minus the marine collagen to make it vegan-friendly).

I can’t help but feel that every time I make a choice to eat at a place like Beetbox RX that I’ve in some way made an investment in my health and long-term wellbeing.

I can highly recommend Beetbox RX and it’s little sister, Salad Bae as two of my top “healthy eats” in Cape Town.
