Recipe – Vanilla Cashew Milk


One of the best parts about this milk is that, unlike almond milk, it does not need to be strained. Just blend and drink. 

🥛 6 cups water

🥛 1 cup raw cashews

🥛 2 pitted dates

🥛 1 tsp vanilla essence

Soak the cashews for a minimum of 4 hrs by covering them with water in a bowl. Drain and rinse. 

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 min or until smooth.
Pour into a container and store in the fridge for up to five days.
